ScheduleAlerts is operated by SBE Consulting, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We provide SMS game schedule reminders for recreational sports league players. You can reach us at hello@schedule-alerts.com.

Information We Collect

We collect your phone number when you sign up on our website (schedule-alerts.com) or text START to our number. If you send us a link to your league schedule, we also collect the schedule information from that link (game dates, times, locations, and team names). We do not collect your name, email address, or payment information during early access.

How We Use Your Information

We use your phone number solely to send you SMS game schedule reminders, including weekly digests and day-of game reminders. We use your schedule information to determine when and what to remind you about. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to delivering schedule reminders.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages, which means your phone number is shared with Twilio solely for message delivery.

Data Retention

We retain your phone number and schedule information for as long as you remain subscribed to our service. When you opt out by texting STOP, we remove your information from our active systems within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.

Your Rights and Choices

You can opt out of all messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You can request deletion of your data by emailing hello@schedule-alerts.com. You can text HELP to our number for support information.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and secure storage practices. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via SMS before the changes take effect.
