What ScheduleAlerts Is

ScheduleAlerts is an AI-powered conversational SMS reminder assistant. You tell us what you want to be reminded about, in plain English or by sending us a link or a screenshot, and we send SMS reminders at the times you choose. ScheduleAlerts can help you keep track of many kinds of recurring or one-time events, including (but not limited to) sports schedules, school activities, workouts, family events, birthdays, anniversaries, chores, and work commitments. ScheduleAlerts is not intended for health, medical, dental, mental health, or medication reminders, and should not be used in place of a healthcare provider's instructions or a dedicated medical reminder tool.

How You Agree to Receive Texts

By providing your phone number on schedule-alerts.com, by texting our number, or by replying YES to our first confirmation message, you give your express consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from ScheduleAlerts at the number you provided. These messages may include: (a) the reminders you set up yourself, (b) an automated weekly recap every Sunday evening summarizing your upcoming week and occasionally suggesting other things we can help you track, and (c) short confirmation or status messages in response to questions you send us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the reminders you choose to set up. Most users can expect a handful of messages per week, plus one weekly recap on Sunday evenings. Power users with many scheduled events may receive more. You can review, add, remove, or change any reminder at any time by texting us in plain English, for example "what's on my list" or "cancel my Tuesday reminder."

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. ScheduleAlerts does not charge for messages during early access. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of all ScheduleAlerts messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number. You can re-subscribe at any time by texting START. You can also turn off just the weekly Sunday recap, without opting out of your reminders, by telling us in plain English (for example, "stop the weekly recap"); we will update your preferences accordingly.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a primary ScheduleAlerts account. Parents and legal guardians may use ScheduleAlerts to track reminders about their children's activities from their own account, and may additionally authorize a minor aged 13 to 17 to use ScheduleAlerts under the Linked Minor Accounts program described below. Children under 13 may not sign up for or use ScheduleAlerts under any circumstances, whether directly or through a linked account. By signing up, you confirm that you are the account holder for the phone number provided, or that you have the account holder's express permission to subscribe on their behalf.

Linked Minor Accounts

A parent or legal guardian with an active ScheduleAlerts account may authorize a minor aged 13 to 17 to use ScheduleAlerts from the minor's own phone number. To do so, the parent asks ScheduleAlerts (by texting us) to create a JOIN code for the child; we generate a short numeric code, valid for 24 hours, which the parent forwards to the minor. The minor texts that code to our number from their own phone to activate the link.

By creating a linked minor account, the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that: (a) they are the minor's legal parent or guardian; (b) the minor is at least 13 years old; (c) the parent consents on the minor's behalf to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy; and (d) the parent understands that ScheduleAlerts will deliver reminders to the minor's phone at the times the minor sets up. A parent may link up to 5 minors to a single adult account.

At any time, the parent may ask ScheduleAlerts to show the minor's current reminders or to unlink the minor. Unlinking cancels all of the minor's pending reminders and prevents further messages to the minor's number. The parent can view the reminders added to a linked minor's schedule but not the raw back-and-forth conversation messages the minor exchanges with ScheduleAlerts. Either the parent or the minor can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP from the relevant phone.

Service Accuracy and Best-Effort Delivery

ScheduleAlerts reads the information you give us, whether that is a URL, a screenshot, or text you typed, and uses an AI model to extract schedule details. We make a reasonable effort to send accurate reminders at the times you asked for, but we are not responsible for incorrect information on third-party websites, last-minute schedule changes, cancelled events, or mistakes in information you provide us. SMS delivery is best-effort and depends on your carrier, device, and network conditions outside our control. ScheduleAlerts is not an emergency or life-safety service. Do not rely on it for medication reminders or any communication where missing a message could cause harm. Please use a dedicated medical reminder tool for anything critical. Always verify time-sensitive events with the original source.

AI and Your Messages

ScheduleAlerts uses an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to understand your messages, read links and screenshots you share, and generate replies and reminder text. When you send us a message, its content is processed by this AI model solely to provide the service. Your messages are not used to train any third party's AI models. Supported Carriers

ScheduleAlerts is compatible with most major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell or share your phone number or personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS.
